Shipping! (UK Mainland Only)

 
We offer standard shipping on all orders, which will automatically be applied to orders. NOTE, this cannot be used if other discounts are applied.
 

Where Do You Ship?

 
We offer shipping to UK Mainland!
 
We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You can choose which of these days work for you!
 

Can I request a specific shipping date?

 
Yes, you can! It is important to note that the shipping date is not the delivery date, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for shipping as it usually takes about 1-3 business days once it has left us for you to receive your orders.
 

How long will it take to ship my order?

 
We send our packages via Royal Mail. Deliveries usually take between 1-3 business days*, in some cases longer.
*A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.



If the recipient is not home to receive the order, and the delivery driver cannot leave it in a safe place, then a re-delivery fee may occur.
 

How long will it take to ship my order?

 
Each order can only be delivered/shipped to one address. For multiple addresses/recipients, you will need to make multiple orders. For over 10 recipients, you can contact us at thetallcookielady@gmail.com
 
 

Refund policy

 
We post our stuffed cookies in secure, protective packaging, however issues outside of our control can happen. As we bake our stuffed cookies on the day of dispatch we do not offer returns. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong shipping address or not being available to accept the delivery with no safe place to leave the item, then we cannot offer a refund, the product will be disposed of

If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven’t collected it, and it gets returned, then we cannot offer a refund.
 
 

Delivery

 
If there are any product or delivery issues, please: 

  • On receipt of the package, immediately email a photo and short description of the issue to thetallcookielady@gmail.com. Please remember to include your name, address, contact email and phone number.
  • We will assess your claim against our replacement and refund policy and contact you within 48 hours to discuss the issue.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will only reimburse the original payment method.
  • Any fraudulent claims will be handed over to the authorities.
